|Recommended: NoSome of the staff in this office here have extremely poor attitudes. It's often impossible to find anyone in the office during working hours. Several times, guests have scheduled viewings, but the office is empty. I've never encountered such a cold and indifferent work attitude before. Because many people in this apartment complex own dogs, and because the common areas are carpeted, the stench of dog feces and urine is overwhelming you can smell dog poop everywhere.

|Recommended: NoPost 4 Months Review — I’m upset—a maintenance staff member came in with shoes on, walked through my bedroom and bathroom, and even grabbed my yoga strap while laughing with someone they brought in. I have video. We always take shoes off, wearing slippers or going barefoot in those rooms, and Carlos used to respect that with shoe covers. They might’ve been checking the alarm or AC, but this felt invasive. Plus, still no response on that creepy Tesla woman I reported. I need no unannounced entries—notice isn’t enough without my okay—and updates on both. This is why I’m doubting my lease renewal.

Carmen was very helpful in making sure I leased the right apartment for me. Carlos went above and beyond from showing me how each appliance works to fixing any minor issues on the spot.
The residents and staff make you feel like you are at home.
|Recommended: YesJust Found Home — My wife, daughter, puppy, I just moved in a few days ago we already love calling this place home. We came from a small one bedroom spot across town looking for a bigger place now with our daughter new puppy we’re beyond happy that we found this place right by her school everything in both Claremont Pomona.
We just had our first resident event yesterday already made new friends with the other tenants here, can’t wait to see who else moves in meet them.
All the amenities both inside out of our apartment are flawless, pictures do not do this place justice but give you a great idea of what it’s like, we moved in without even seeing our unit or the amenities we’re so happy we did.
Thank you Modera for welcoming us in being so kind to us already, we will be staying here as long as we can need to highly recommend it
