To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the fifth day of each month. Late fees will start on the sixth day of each month.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.

🐾 No pet or have an assistance animal? No fee required—just complete the profile so we have your info on file. Your lease process may be delayed if this step isn’t complete, so we recommend checking it off your list early!
At Modera Pomona, a mandatory one-time fee of $600 security deposit is required, as well as a $64.50 application fee per applicant. Additional monthly fees includes $1.50 pest control, $65 internet, $175 standard parking, and $175 EV parking (if applicable).
